Summary: The website builds expectations with the offer of services no longer provided and shows a level of appointments that do not exist. This being said the views are great and the rooms present well with a good mix of an older and newer architecture. The grounds are well maintained. What stands out is how friendly the staff is and how helpful they are. Everyone was great but Glen, Sophie and Lanie stand out. Glen especially is tremendously helpful, thoughtful and courteous. Really the go to guy.
